Please do not call sales for support! You will not get good support that way.
Call (714) 259-3000, Fax (714) 259-3010 or email me. I will tell you right
now you will get the fastest support by calling. Right now I am very busy
working on phone and fax support, and email or usenet support must be left at
the bottom of the wait que. 

Also please try to send all sales info questions to the esixsale account!
I will be happy to answer all tech questions (pre or post sale) as my
time permits.
