ISC X11 1.2, X11 1.3 available

in case it isn't known yet, ISC X11R3 version 1.3 is available now,
it supports 104(!!) different display adapters now. the ET4000 cards
are now supported too, but since the distributor send me the wrong card
i couldn't test it yet :-(
