There is also a portable lpr that can dump stuff to BSD printer queues written
by Keith Moore (moore at cs.utk.edu).  I have it installed under ODT 1.0 and
it is working fine with our ULTRIX host.

I believe that I got it via ftp from cs.utk.edu.
