BUG IN INTERACTIVE UNIX - WHERE IS THE FIX ?????

Well, try Multiuser Systems, which used to be ISC Hollis.  That's about as
"major" as you can get.  Perhaps I should order direct from ISC (and deal
direct) in the future.
