Logitech Scanman in X-windows??

I was wondering if anyone out there knew if there is a device driver out there
that supports the Logitech-Scanman plus..  I have one of these and an
interested in using it inside of x-windows if possible..  This is of course if
I ever recieve information about how to implement a device driver for X-windows
on an ATI - Wonder card w/ 512k of memory.. (800x600x256)????
