VPIX and LPT1: and VGA

Comment out the appropriate PLEL[12] entry from /usr/vpix/etc/vpixdevs.
Then you can add the LPT port as a DDA.  Don't specify an IRQ when
adding the DDA.

It works on some cards, but I think others have problems.
