ESIX V.4 Everex Ultragraphics II support (1664x1200 mono)

Hi guys,

Does anybody know if this card:
	Ultragraphics II card 1664 x 1200 (monochrome) (EV-236)
is supported in ESIX V.4, it was supported in V.3 rev. D.
Also I'm interested in the price of this card?
