Looking for 19" VGA Monochrome

I have a machine, including a VGA card based on the ET4000.  I'd
like to connect a 19" monochrome (gray scale), 1024x768 monitor to
it.  Does anyone know of such a beast?  (I know about things like
the Radius two-page that need special cards - that's not what I'm
looking for.)
