Building TeX on Ultrix

We recently tried to build TeX 2.1 (U. of Washington) on both BSD4.3 and
Ultrix 2.0. The BSD build went very smoothly; the Ultrix attempt ended
in the following problem:

    The undump utility has to be built to extract an executable version of
TeX from a core dump.  It has several flavors, including BSD4.2 and BSD4.3,
but not explicitly one for Ultrix. Since Ultrix 2.0 is closer to BSD4.2 than
4.3, we built it as 4.2. The undump build failed due to the following
undefined symbols referenced in undump.c:
	u_exdata, ux_mag, ux_tsize, ux_dsize, ux_entloc
We then tried to build undump as BSD4.3; the build succeeded, but the 
version of undump it produced did not work properly. 

	If anyone has succeeded in building TeX 2.1 under Ultrix or has
ideas on how we might be able to do so, please let us know. All help is
