I have a VaxStation 2000 / ULTRIX 3.0. When I run a X11R3 appication
which the program is resided on the nfs mounted VAX750 file system,
it got tons of errlog as
uerf version 3.0-008 (88)
EVENT CLASS OPERATIONAL EVENT
OS EVENT TYPE 250. ASCII MSG
SEQUENCE NUMBER 1227.
OPERATING SYSTEM ULTRIX 32
OCCURRED/LOGGED ON Thu Apr 20 14:42:50 1989 PDT
OCCURRED ON SYSTEM aidi
SYSTEM ID x08000000
SYSTYPE REG. x04040002
FIRMWARE REV = 4.
PROCESSOR TYPE KA410 WORKSTATION
MESSAGE
sg0: sgiint: event queue overflow
and my questions are (1) Is there some way I can enlarge the sg0 interrupt
queue buffer? (2) Does it contribute to my application not fuctioning
properly and vis versa?
Another thing even I turned off the error log by replacing /etc/elcsd
with /etc/eli -d in the /etc/rc file and rebooting the system, it still
put "Errlog Buffer Full: nn Missed Errors" on the login window. Why?
Thanks in advance for helpping me.
