?KCL for DS3100?

I know of some commerical versions of KCL which are available on the
DS3100, but does anyone have a **public domain** KCL (and even AKCL) for
the Decstation 3100?   I think all that is needed is an appropriate
piece of assembler code, but I don't even have an assembler manual.

If any commercial vendors see this request PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME MAIL. 
I already have such information.
