Help needed with "xmodmap" under DECWindows

Your pre-release kit should include instructions for reporting bugs and
receiving support.   This bug has been fixed and should be released
with the next pre-release kit.  If you use these combinations only with
dxterm, you can work around the problem by using the UWS4.0 version of
dxterm.
