dxcalendar broke with X11R4/Motif and Ultrix 3.1/2.2

Attempting to run dxcalendar on X11R4/Motif and Ultrix 3.1 UWS 2.2
software aborts with the following messages:

Dxcalendar works on X11R4/Motif and Ultrix 3.1 UWS 2.1.

Does anyone know what's wrong and how to fix it?
