Panic's

MicroVAX II, Ultrix 3.1 + 1st patch tape, boot node for 4 2000's.

Caesar has crashed twice today with a 'Protection fault' panic.  After-crash
debugging seems to indicate that it's bombing out in a _gremque routine.

I assume gremque() is something to do with the GFS.  Has anybody else
seen this problem?  Or have any idea on how to avoid it?  A call has
been logged to Atlanta, but their turn-around time isn't too hot, and
I thought I'd check and see if someone else knew.
