Dec3100 and Optical Drive Errors

We have been receiving a number of write errors to our
Trimarchi Optical drive. We are receiving about 10
errors a day. It doesn't seem to matter which of the many
opticals we have mounted.

Has anyone else encountered this problem??

Can I use rzdisk to map out the bad blocks?
