Bugs in curses package

I have found a bunch of bugs in the 4.1BSD curses package.  They are mostly
connected with subwindow creation and refreshing of windows that don't start
at the left edge of the screen.  I would be happy to mail the "diff" results
or changed routines to interested parties.
