correction on getdate

[utzoo!duke!decvax!ucbvax!CSVAX.mark at Berkeley]

I just just informed that I blew it - the date/time routine I mentioned
was written by Steve Bellovin at UNC, not Duke.  Anyway, I too would be
interested to see the verdict on which routine is the best.
