6800 assembler

we have a 6800 assembler written in C which we have used for about 
four years. It accepts standard Motorola source, 
and generates an absolute output file. we also have a 6800 C
(written here) and a 6809 C from Codex (which, as it turns out, is 
a modified version of our 6800 C). Any 6809 assemblers out there?
