restoring v6 tapes to 4bsd

Mike O'Dell is right that restoring whole v6 dump tapes
is a difficult problem.  However, its quite reasonable to
impliment just the x (extract) option.  This way you have
a way to get things from your old tapes.  We have been prefacing
our v6 dumps~Bwith nchecks - to help get inumbers.  Anyway, i've
got such a PWB/v6 restor program running on 4bsd.  The main problems
were changing int to unsigned short and the char *i_size1 to
unsigned short.		bob gray
