405 overlays

Ld(1) has an undocumented switch -O that says "make the magic number on
the output file 405 instead of what it was supposed to be".  There is
also a -v switch that looks like it was intended to support overlays
but wasn't finished.  Currently it does some pretty strange stuff that
doesn't appear to do anything useful.

I had heard that 405 overlays were added to support the CULC Fortran 4
Plus.  Not having used F4P, I can't say for sure.
