What's all this fuss about putting the un-globbed command into argv[-1] or
some such?
I believe somebody has already suggested that the un-globbed command
might be passed as an element of the shell's environment.
Anything wrong with that approach? I think it's very ugly to
write code that would use this: after all, the user would never
be able to tell just what he was telling the program (because if
he used glob characters, they wouldn't necessarily expand), and
this is bound to cause trouble. But if you really must
try to make unix look like TENEX or some such, at least don't
muck with argc and argv.
