Multics trap bit

As I remember, the Multics system had a bit in the access word
labeled "trap" but this was never implemented.  Not only was it
too hairy, but it was finally considered dangerous to have a program
lying about which would be run by a (potentially) unsuspecting
user under that user's own id.
