What is a security risk varies from one place to another.  To some, the
fact that your computer talks to the outside world makes it insecure.
Even if it were totally insulated in its own little room, with no
telephones, etc., the fact that it has a 'who' command and a 'ps'
command makes it insecure.  [And so on...]
