	I always sort of thought rc might be "re-configure".

	By the way, Ive shortened the warn/failure messages. There
are thoughts of eliminating them altogether for mailing lists; however,
they DO provide a sort of negative feedback to keep the list from
running out of control (by making people think twice before mailing,
hopefully).
