termcap for adm5

Here's a termcap entry for the adm5; they're sending
them out instead of 3a+s.  I used reverse video for
standout mode;  the half-intensity I wrote off as a loss...

Just in case, I included the adm3a; the 5 is an enhancement
of the 3a, and can use the entire 3a entry.

I put in :ms:, because it seemed reasonable;  the manual
entry makes no definition whatever of what "safe" means...

By the way, if anybody has a better one, please send it to me!
