	I agree with Paul. I think that 90% of the messages on this
mailing list are an utter waste of time, and the division might help.
However, I think that the best help would be for people to take to
heart the UNIX philosphy of 'small, terse and well thought out'. The
proposed scheme would not have helped with the EXTENDED argument over
mode bits, which was one of the largest accumulations of useless
balderdash I have ever seen. What are the reactions at this point to
digestifying UNIX-Wizards? I feel that responsible editorial attention
is required.
