TC-130/131 tape controllers

I believe your initial report said TC-131, the new one-board controller
by Western Peripherals.  The TC-130 is a four-board system.  The 130
is as solid as a rock.  The TC-131 DOES have a few subtle differences
from the TM-11 and the TC-130.  I don't believe they are significant,
but those who want details can call me or send mail.

(I am also very interested in any reports of controller problems for
any Western Peripherals controllers; I write their VAX software.)
