Need licensing information

Is there anyone available through this net that deals with licensing for
UNIX and for the Berkeley packages? I have the telephone number for
Larry Isley at Bell, but I have been playing telephone tag with him for
the last week and thought I would try something different. I don't know
who to get at Berkeley.
