I heartily concur with your suggestions.  However, your message did not
meet your 14 line criteria.  It would have fit on my favorite mail reading
program's concept of a screen if your mail sending program had not appended
about 4 blank lines after the end of the message.  Those blank lines are
a pain on many of the messages that otherwise meet your criteria. --Jerry
