Networking UNIX with RT11

I find myself in the annoying position of having to consider
networking one VAX running UNIX with several RT11 systems.
Does anyone have any software or system that would allow communication
between these two?

My goals are not very high: low speed transfer across TTY lines
(say in a UUCP mode) would be excellent.
