Mas mailer address syntax

For that matter, many addresses have slashes in them.  Cambridge, Mass. is
FULL of addresses like "39 1/2 Fubar St.", and for that matter, both Nat Howard
(NY) and Dave Yost (CA) have slashes in their addresses.  How about either
"~", "\n", or maybe "//" for new line?
