UNIX System III and 'cpio'

	For those who are converting to System III, be warned:  the tapes
(two of them) come from Western in cpio format.  This is terribly
inconvenient for those of us with VAXen or other 32V or V7 systems.
I ended up writing a cpio to tar conversion program.  This seems like
a totally uneeded task....
