Richard Bartels made a very good point when he pointed
out the differences between (a)'s and (b)'s (hackers vs.
naive users). Someone said something about not minding
having to have a manual next to them while they computed,
since a mechanic working on a car wouldn't mind having a
manual with them while they worked. That person is
definitely an (a). Compare that to a person trying to
DRIVE a car (more comparable to a (b)). What would they
think if they had to have a manual along in order to drive?
