We're running btl 4.0 unix, and I'd like to run the closest thing possible
to 4.1BSD csh. Can that csh be compiled in such a way that it doesn't
rely on the extra signals for suspending a job, etc, or (even better) can
the new signals of 4.0 be used (although I guess that would require a
newtty driver). I'm most interested in stuff like cdpath, quasi-sharing
of ENV and csh variables, and the directory push-pop. Currently we're
running something similar to 4.1BSD oldcsh.
