Vax 750 machine checks

About every two weeks on both of our 750's we get a machine check error
code 2, cp translation buffer parity fault.  Our field service people
have been saying that "this is a known problem with no fix yet."  Lately
they say that there might be an ECO (part of rev 3) out soon which "may
fix part of it."  This is getting annoying, as it's really the only
thing which drops the system.  Does anyone (perhaps from DEC) have more
precise or accurate info on the status of this problem?  Is there anyone
who is NOT experiencing it?
