the newline at the end of mail. (lime.121)

	i made the change to our /bin/mail to stop it adding a newline
to mail if there is one at the end, in fact it now sucks up all newlines
but one at the end of mail. the change is simple and i'll send it out
upon request, but i imagine there are a large number of different mail.c's
out there!.
