Regis and GIGI

A DEC salesperson told us (University ofFlorida) that NYIT (New York
Institute of Technology) has successfully implemented the Regis system
under UNIX (thanks to RATFOR).  We would be very interested in getting
a hold of this, as it would save us some work.
  Does anyone know of a possible contact name/person/phone number?
