Help needed. File too long.

On 4.1 bsd (and I assume 4.1c, 4.2) there is a utility called 'fold'
which will insert carriage returns to split lines longer than <n>
(user specifiable) characters long.  If you don't have this utility,
it is a fairly easy matter to write one that does this.
