BCD (Ancient EBCDIC) table wanted

I recently got a bunch of FORTRAN programs on tape, and want to put
them on UNIX. Most of them are in EBCDIC, and the dd conv=ascii
worked just fine for reading them, but some of the programs claimed
to be in BCD. Doing dd conv=ascii got most of the characters right,
but some (eg ()) didn't make it.
Does anyone have a table of the BCD code, or a program to convert it
to ascii, or ebcdic, or whatever?
Thanks;
