4.2BSD dialin/dialout ?

	Is there a standard 4.2BSD hack for line turnaround
(dialin/dialout on same serial line) ? If so, will it work with
hardwired lines ? (doesn't depend on process blocking on a carrier,
not a driver specific hack, e.g. code in dz.c)
