bug reports (esp. 4.2)

Why are so many 4.2BSD bug reports showing up in net.unix-wizards?
They belong in net.bugs.4bsd.

As system adminstrator at a 4.2bsd site, I'm as interested
in them as anyone but I would prefer them to be collected together
in the appropriate place.
