curses package

	A while ago Mark Horton mentioned that he had a curses
package which knew about hardware line insert/delete, but that
his was not available. He mentioned that Pavel Curtis had one
also.
	Pavel Curtis says his package is not available yet (but
when it is, he'll announce it). He also told me that someone
at the University of Maryland had done some work on one, but that
he had no names.
	I have need of such a package. Anyone out there from the
University  of Maryland know anything about it? If so, please
respond by mail. (the 'postnews' program should put my return address
at the bottom of this letter.)
