RFC 850 Now Available

A new RFC is now available from the Network Information Center in the 
NETINFO directory at SRI-NIC.

RFC 850:

   Title:   Standard for Interchange of USENET Messages 
   Author:  M. Horton
   Pages:   18

      pathname: [SRI-NIC]<NETINFO>RFC850.TXT

   This RFC specifies the standard format for news articles in USENET.  
   The purpose of distributing this document as an RFC is to make it 
   easily accessible to the ARPA research community.

   This RFC does not specify a standard for the ARPA Internet.

Public access files may be copied from the NETINFO directory at SRI-NIC 
via FTP with username ANONYMOUS and password GUEST.

Submissions for RFCs should be sent to POSTEL at USC-ISIF.

Requests to be added to or deleted from this distribution list should be
sent to NIC at SRI-NIC.
