Want Intel compatible asm/link for UNIX environment

We are looking for two pieces of software that run under UNIX:

    1.  An Intel compatible assembler for the 8086.
    2.  A linker which can link together Intel object modules.
    3.  A locator for creating the final executable image.

Our goal is to move a large project which is written in Coral 66 (w/extensions)
toward C and UNIX.  The important points are:

    The CORAL compiler produces Intel assembler as its output.
    The CORAL compiler only runs on an Intel MDS (Micro Development System).
    We want to move away from CORAL and the MDS and toward C and UNIX.
    The Intel compatible assembler is needed for the transition from the MDS.
    The link/locate will allow us to put together modules written in CORAL and
    those written in C. (and maybe even debug them on the MDS).
