K news system URFC follows on net.news, a whole new news organization

The next article should be a draft article I have prepared describing
the Keyword News System, which is my idea of a better way to do news.
I'm starting a tradition by calling it URFC 001, Usenet Request For Comment
#1, in the Arpa tradition.

The real question is - would K news solve most of our news problems.
I think it can.
