RA80 drive problems

Those people that have UDA-50 with RA80 drives should be aware that
there is an ECO that should be applied and that field service may not
always be awaye of its existence.  Further note that most RA80 drives
shipped should already have this ECO applied.

The lack of this ECO usually is indicated by a lot of UDA disk transfer
errors.

The module 5415284 should be to CS rev B1 or better.  (Your field
service person should understand this.)
