Q-bus <-> Ethernet hardware

I'm looking for info/recommendations/horror stories about
Q-bus <-> Ethernet link hardware (esp. at Q-bus speeds
[as opposed to Q-bus <-> RS-232 <-> Ethernet]).  Responses
will be summarized and posted if there is sufficient interest.
