help with tm.c on 4.1

Under 4.1 we have 2 Kennedy 9300 tape drives on a single Emulex
TC11 Unibus controller (TM equivalent).  Drive 0 works just fine
but when we access drive 1 the system crashes.  We get a message
on the console that a hard error occured on the UDA50 and the system
is hung.  This is with nothing else going on.  Sometimes the error
occurs immediately when the drive is first accessed and sometimes
it happens after the drive has been transferring data for about
15 seconds.  We have switched drives around so it is not the drive
hardware or cabling.

I noticed a comment in the TODO list in the tm.c driver that says
"test multiple slaves on a controller" which is what we are doing.

Anyone seen this before ???  Any comments ???
