would someone shed some light on sigstack(2)?

im wondering what needs to use the sigstack(2) function?  perhaps someone
could mail me a short example of its use, with perhaps how one saves/restores
stack contexts when using say (setjmp/longjmp).  perhaps with such an
example i might see the light.
