I/O speeds at 9600 and 19200

This time I measured it.  Hardware: VAX-11/750 with KMC11/DZ11 ports,
USG UNIX 4.2 (sort of pre-Sys. V), downloading a program into the Blit.
Time 47 sec at 9600 baud, 24 sec at 19200 baud, 'msize' says
text = 35288, data = 4524, bss = 3534, for 39812 initialized bytes.
This is stand-alone, so there should be no 'layers' funny business.
